Join City Manager Greg Nyhoff and Chief of Police Shawny Williams for a Facebook Live Town Hall on July 23 at 6 p.m., regarding the proposed plan to improve the Vallejo Police Department (VPD).

We’ll also be engaging in the Comments section during the Facebook Live and addressing your questions during the event.
The City and VPD are gathering feedback on the proposed improvement plan through July 31. Since Chief Williams presented the draft plan to City Council on June 16, approximately 400 Vallejoans have reviewed the plan via Open City Hall, and we’ve had more than 5,000 engagements on the plan on social media. We’ve also shared a community partnership form (www.cityofvallejo.net/SupportVPDImprovement), which about 40 Vallejoans have signed to show support for an improved VPD.
