Besides joining Myrna for a Mother’s Day Tea Party on the Napa River, while simultaneously holding a Tea Party of your own at home, we will be cruising along the Mare Island Navy Yard (historic Naval Shipyard 1854-1996) and Mare Island Shoreline Heritage Preserve (historic Mare Island Naval Ammunition Depot 1857-1975) shoreline to view perched osprey, osprey in the sky, osprey nests and as we approach the Preserve shore, great blue herons and great egrets, too, in our beloved nature bird sanctuary.
