Dia de los Muertos—the Day of the Dead. Although celebrated throughout Latin America, Dia de los Muertos is most strongly associated with Mexico, where the tradition originated.
Dia de los Muertos honors the dead with festivals and lively celebrations, a typically Latin American custom that combines indigenous Aztec ritual with Catholicism, brought to the region by Spanish conquistadores. (Dia de los Muertos is celebrated on All Saints Day and All Souls Day, minor holidays in the Catholic calendar.)
The most familiar symbol of Dia de los Muertos may be the calacas and calaveras (skeletons and skulls), which appear everywhere during the holiday.
In partnership with many groups and organizations, this event is designed to educate the community, also to honor the loved ones who have passed away.
There will be face-painting, live music, car show and dance performances.

El Día de los Muertos honra a los muertos con festivales y celebraciones animadas, una costumbre típicamente latinoamericana que combina el ritual indígena azteca con el catolicismo traído a la región por los conquistadores españoles.
El símbolo más familiar de Dia de los Muertos es las calaberas y los esqueletos, que apareces en todas partes durante estas festividades.
En asociación con muchos grupos y organizaciones, este evento está diseñado para educar a la comunidad, también para honrar a nuestros seres queridos que an fallecieron.
Habrá pintura de día de muertos,música en vivo,exsibision de autos clásicos, comidas tradicionales, ballet Folklorico, danza azteca, cantantes en vivo, concurso de catrinas , artesanías tradicionales, y mucho más.
