Join us at the Vallejo Museum this Saturday to commission, christen, and celebrate the launching of the USS Saginaw parade float! We would like to toast the makers of this whimsical replica of the first ship created at the Mare Island Naval Ship Yard! Local art car artist, Shannon O’Hare and the Obtainuim Works crew who worked on this wonderful craft will be present. Come to the museum as our guest for FREE and also see our new exhibit “Found in Collection.” A wonderful pop up presentation of museum artifacts that have not seen the light of day for many years! Come for the ship, stay for the fun!
