Preserving the Fall Harvest: Free Cooking Workshop

What’s For Dinner? Preserving the Fall Harvest

In the third of our seasonal healthy cooking workshops, “Preserving the Fall Harvest,” Chef Lisa Núñez-Hancock will teach you how to preserve vegetables and fruits by learning the techniques of brining and fermenting vegetables, and making healthy naturally sweetened fruit spreads.

Join us for this informative class that will also delve into the health benefits of probiotic foods and sustainable techniques to preserve the beautiful bounty of vegetables and fruits the fall harvest has to offer.
