Please join us for an in-person presentation on the EIR process for Mare Island. As part of the evaluation of a proposed Specific Plan, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is required by California’s Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to analyze and document the potential benefits and impacts associated with implementing redevelopment.
Following a brief update on the project status and schedule, hear expert speakers from WRA Environmental Consultants and
Sheppard Mullin give a brief overview of the State’s environmental review process, the Island’s existing environmental conditions and their implications for the future Specific Plan.
