Laundry-to-Landscape Greywater Workshop

Join us March 11 to learn about greywater with Greywater Action and get hands-on experience helping to install a Laundry-to-Landscape system that will irrigate an existing landscape.

This is a great way to learn techniques and get ideas for your own yard!

This public, hands-on installation workshop is located at the newly installed demonstration food forest: Loam Sweet Loam

Below are details for the workshop:

Saturday, March 11– Greywater

• Learn how to install a three-way valve, route used water from the laundry machine out into the landscape and prepare the landscape to receive that greywater.
• Volunteer tasks: Moving mulch, digging, helping to install the laundry-to-landscape greywater system

* wear mask. closed toe shoes, sun protection, bring gloves and water

* Lunch will be provided on March 11

*Bring your own lunch if you have special dietary needs
