This annual event is the one show where the studio posts a warning about potentially offensive content on the door of their otherwise family-friendly gallery. The theme this year is book arts and censorship, with themes that incorporate the written word with collages, constructions and abstracts, and/or allusions to personal narratives.
Former Vallejo Poet Laureate D. L. Lang will read at the opening event. The show will also be open on Sunday afternoons throughout the month of September.
