Carmen has been involved in all aspects of the music scene. Music was his first love hitting the drums from ages 10-18, and sliding into guitar work at age 20. Recording, Mixing, Writing, and Producing activities, was his next endeavor in expressing his passion for music.
Carmen leads his current project, The Carmen Ratti Band featuring Jill Dineen, with a crew of all-stars, delivering a palette of blues that keeps audiences listening for hours. Look for a diverse feel of smoldering guitar work that molds a diverse menu of original tunes and innovative cover songs.
Carmen has performed throughout the Bay Area with some of its best: Terry Hiatt, Daniel Castro, Tia Carroll, Alvon Johnson, Lara Price, Jonn Del Torro Richardson, Chris Cobb, Steve Freund, AJ Crawdaddy, AC Miles, Stan Erhart, Aldwin London, GiGi Amos, Walter Jebe, Vince Caminiti, Katie Knipp, Nancy Wright, Marina Crouse, Fillmore Slim, Johnny Burgin, Otilia Donaire, Joe Lococo, among many others.
