DRUMMM Rhythm Journey & Sound Meditation

Get your rhythmical juices flowing! We will nourish the mind-body-spirit as we explore the wild wonderful world of drumming, rhythm, sound and silence as catalysts for connection & healing.

The first half of the program will include a facilitated, participatory drumming journey, followed by a restorative sound meditation practice in which participants will be invited to get comfy, relax & receive the healing vibrations of the presenters’ nurturing sounds.

No prior musical experience is necessary. Instruments will be provided or you may bring your own. Prepare to go deep and be deeply satisfied!

Participants will be invited to recline during the sound meditation. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, etc. for your comfort during the sound meditation.

$25 includes use of a drum if needed. Space is limited, advance registration is highly recommended.
