Infusions and Extracts!

Learn how to create various infused products including liqueurs, cordials, shrubs, firecider, extracts, and bitters. We will discuss ingredients, base liquids, creating flavor profiles and will sample different types of infusions. Students will receive recipes for everything that they taste and some basic starter recipes.
