Comedy with Myles Weber, John McClellan, and Karinda Dobbins

Myles Weber born and raised in Vallejo,  is a very funny comedian, actor and writer who took first place in the Bay Area All-Star Comedy Competition and second in the Best Of The Bay Comedy Competition.  Weber is one of the most engaging comics in the Bay Area. You may have seen Mr. Weber as the affable Network Host for Portico TV or maybe you’ve seen him as a correspondent for Popular Science, one of the biggest science websites in the world. Also an up and coming comedy writer, Myles wrote for Portico and Smosh Pit Weekly. John McClellan is a unique and brutally funny voice in the world of comedy, carving out his turf as he headlines comedy clubs and rock music venues across America. He possesses a rare ability to bring laughs to situations with insight and energy using what the Long Island Entertainment News calls “A razor sharp sense of sarcasm coupled with a working stiff sensibility… John McClellan is what real stand up is all about.” Karinda Dobbins moved from Michigan to California’s Bay Area and responding to repeated dares from a girlfriend who challenged her to try making the crowd laugh at an open mic, Karinda finally took the stage at Woody’s Café, and killed. Sure, she tried to fill the seats with supportive family and friends, and true, she had no competition since nobody else had signed up for stage time, but everybody, from the show’s host to strangers in the audience, was amazed that she was able to do 10 funny minutes of stand-up material her first time onstage. The evening will be hosted by Matt Gubser.
